Strict No-Return and Final Sale Policy
- Finality of Sale: All products offered by Aspire Poly Furniture are custom built-to-order. Consequently, all sales are strictly final. Aspire Poly Furniture maintains a definitive No Returns, No Refunds, and No Exchanges policy once an order has been submitted. [1]
- Exclusion of Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns or issue credits for reasons relating to buyer's remorse, subjective color preference discrepancies, site measurement miscalculations, or changes in personal or financial circumstances. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify all product dimensions, material specifications, and color selections prior to completing checkout.
Absolute Restriction on Order Cancellations
- Immediate Material Allocation: Because our manufacturing process begins immediately upon order confirmation—including automated material allocation, precision cutting schedules, and labor routing—orders cannot be canceled, rescinded, or altered by the customer after submission.
- Discretionary Pre-Production Cancellations: In the highly exceptional event that Aspire Poly Furniture, at its sole and absolute discretion, approves an order cancellation request prior to physical manufacturing, the cancellation will be subject to a non-negotiable 20% administrative and material handling fee. This fee will be deducted directly from any issued store credit or discretionary refund to cover processing and material staging costs.
- Post-Production Cancellations: No cancellation requests will be reviewed, processed, or honored once the manufacturing process has commenced or after the order has departed our shipping facility.
Discretionary Remedy for Damaged or Defective Goods
- No Return Value for Damages: In accordance with our Shipping & Freight Policy, physical transit damage or manufacturing defects do not entitle the customer to a return, refund, or order cancellation.

Sole and Exclusive Remedy: If a product arrives damaged or possesses a verified structural manufacturing defect, and such damage is properly documented on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) and reported to Aspire Poly Furniture within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, our legal obligation is strictly limited to the following remedies. Aspire Poly Furniture reserves the sole, exclusive right to either:
- Provide replacement components or hardware necessary to restore the item to pristine condition;
- Perform a physical repair of the affected merchandise; or
- Replace the entire unit with an identical or equivalent product.
- Return Authorization Required: Under no circumstances should a customer attempt to ship a product back to our facility without an official, written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued directly by Aspire Poly Furniture. Any unauthorized shipments sent to our facility will be summarily refused, and all associated freight charges, storage fees, or disposal fees will be billed entirely to the customer.
Chargebacks and Legal Disputes
- Agreement to Terms: By checking the terms and conditions box at checkout and completing a purchase, the customer explicitly agrees to this Cancellations and Returns Policy.
- Prohibition of Fraudulent Chargebacks: The customer acknowledges that filing a credit card chargeback or dispute for a finalized, built-to-order shipment based on buyer's remorse, delivery delays, or a refusal to follow the damage claim protocol constitutes a breach of contract. Aspire Poly Furniture will aggressively defend its policies by providing this legally binding agreement to banking institutions and merchant processors.
