At Aspire Poly Furniture, each piece is custom-built to order with care and craftsmanship. We are committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order outdoor furniture that’s worth the wait. Please review the details of our shipping process below.

Lead Time

All of our furniture is handcrafted and made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 4 weeks for production. This timeline may vary slightly based on order volume and product complexity, but we strive to stay within this timeframe.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight due to the size and weight of our products. Your items will arrive palletized and securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Delivery Information

  • Freight Delivery: LTL freight deliveries are curbside only and require a signature upon arrival. The delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery window once your order has shipped.

  • Access Requirements: Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible for a freight truck. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional coordination or incur extra fees.

  • Receiving Your Order: Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or product, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing. This is necessary for filing any damage claims.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order. Aspire Poly does not offer discounted or promotional shipping. All shipping fees reflect the actual cost of safely and reliably transporting heavy, custom-built furniture via freight.

Delays & Communication

While we do our best to meet our lead times, delays can occasionally occur due to material availability, weather, or freight carrier issues. If anything changes with your estimated ship date, we will notify you promptly.
