Assembly Required

Our polyethylene (HDPE) furniture is incredibly durable, never needing paint or stain. It resists rot,
splintering, and fading thanks to UV protection. To maintain your furniture:
• Wash down furniture twice a year using a gentle soap (Dawn Dish Soap).
• Avoid stains by not placing any items that may leach (Flower Pots) or have exposed metals
(could form rust spots).
• Avoid placing hot objects on the surface.
• Clean as needed with Amish Country Poly’s Xtreme Clean and Mildew Remover.
• Avoid Abrasive cleaners or any brushes that can cause changes in surface sheen and
scratching.
• Power washing can be done with a 40 degree spray fan, typically a white nozzle. Keep 20”
away to prevent damage.

Cushions and Pillows
We recommend the Sunbrella Multi-purpose cleaner to keep your cushions and pillows looking
like new. All of our fabric products are designed to be machine washable. See care instructions per
manufacturer.

Stainless Steel Hardware
Our stainless steel fasteners are corrosion-resistant. Rinse them with fresh water in coastal areas for
longevity. Proper care ensures your Amish Country Poly furniture remains comfortable and beautiful
for years!

AMISH COUNTRY POLY OUTDOOR PRODUCT WARRANTY

Amish Country Poly (Sugarcreek Ventures, LLC) warranties for HDPE Poly
Furniture a FIFTEEN (15) YEAR LIMITED RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY and FIVE
(5) YEAR LIMITED COMMERCIAL WARRANTY to the original purchaser that
from the date of purchase, Amish Country Poly shall be free of material
defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, rot, or suffer structural
damage from insects. Original purchases need to provide receipt of
purchase from authorized dealerships. Please see exemptions below.
Amish Country Poly shall not be liable for any of the following:
• Abnormal use of product
• Improper handling and assembling of products after they leave our
factory by dealer or assembler.
• Application of paint, or any other coating not approved by Amish
Country Poly.
• Application of heat or radiation from an external source, such as a
barbecue grill, another appliance, fire or reflection from windows
or doors
• Fading and /or color change – Amish Country Poly lumber is
made to minimize fading using UV-stabilizers, however, upon long
periods of exposure to the sun, colors will fade.
• Damage caused by the use of incompatible accessories,
intentional acts, unreasonable use, physical abuse, and permanent
deformation or destruction by human or animal, vandalism, riot,
insurrection or civil disorder, accidents or corrosive atmospheres
(such as those contaminated by acid rain, harmful chemicals
or vapors), or any act of God (such as fire, flooding, hurricane,
earthquake, tornado, lightning, ice, etc.), environmental condition,
staining from foreign substances, or normal weathering.
• Post-delivery labor, transportation or assembly costs
• Scratching is not covered under this warranty
• Some expansion and contraction is to be expected due to extreme
changes in temperature and humidity.
Hardware
Amish Country Poly furniture is equipped with 316 stainless steel hardware
and is warranted to not break for five (5) years of residential use. Rust or
corrosion of the stainless-steel hardware is not subject to replacement.

hardware.
Fabrics and Cushions
Cushions are warranted to be free of original defects in craftsmanship
and material for TWO (2) years of residential use and ONE (1) year of
commercial use. Craftsmanship including but not limited to ripping, tearing,
thread failure, discoloring and manufacturing error is limited to a TWO (2)
year warranty period for sewn components. Cushion compression shall not
be considered a defect in materials and not covered under this warranty.
Umbrellas
Umbrella’s are warranted by the manufacturer Galtech and not by Amish
Country Poly. Galtech’s Limited Warranty extends to normal residential use
for a period of TWO (2) Years for its Frames and Accessories. Commercial
use is not covered by warranty. Fabrics carry a limited warranty of FOUR (4)
years. Acts of Nature (including Wind) are not covered by this warranty. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have the rights which
vary from state to state. Galtech highly recommends that no umbrella ever
be left unattended in the open position. Please refer to www.galtechcorp.

Swivels, Glider Arms and A-Frames
Swivels, Glider Arms and A-Frames are warranted not to fail structurally for
five (5) years of residential use or two (2) years of commercial use.
Fire Tables
HDPE Fire Tables are warranted to be free from material and craftsmanship
defects for a period of FIVE (5) years for normal residential use and two (2)
years of commercial use. A glass wind guard must be installed and used
on all fire tables at all times to keep flames from contacting the material
and melting or causing combustion. Fire tables are not to be used in windy
conditions. Using a fire table without the glass guard voids this warranty.
When not in use, Amish Country Poly recommends the use of a waterproof
fire table cover and may minimize but not eliminate the possibility of rust.
The safety and operation of the fire table insert is the sole responsibility of
the purchaser. The Outdoor Great Room Company supplies Amish Country
Poly with the fireplace inserts and provides a one (1) year warranty from
defects in material and workmanship. Stainless Steel parts and assemblies
carry a limited lifetime warranty. Slight rusting on burners and components
of burners are not covered by this warranty. Refer to outdoorrooms.com

associated risks.
Limitations and Exclusions
Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty shall only be
applicable and enforceable in the United States of America and Canada.
This warranty is effective for products purchased on or after 01/01/2024.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on Amish
Country Poly products, which are received by regular use of the products.
This warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is non
transferable.
Amish Country Poly shall not be liable for incidental or consequential
damages including, but not limited to, loss of profit or other economic or
commercial losses. Once documentation has been received and evaluated,
Amish Country Poly’s sole responsibility shall be, at its option, to repair or
replace defective components, to repair or replace defective furniture, or
authorize repairs by a third party, and to notify Purchaser of the solution.
Should defective product no longer be available, Amish Country Poly may
replace with similar product of equal or greater value.
Amish Country Poly makes no implied warranty of merchantability or
implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale, which is evidence that the
product is within the warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty
service.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to being
returned. Amish Country Poly will provide a one-attempt call tag for those
items it requires to be returned under this warranty. Failure to return product
via Amish Country Poly’s call tag will transfer responsibility to return product
to Purchaser at their own cost. If product is not returned within thirty (30)
days of Return Authorization, Purchaser is responsible for all shipping
charges that may apply. All returns must have the RMA number clearly
visible on outside of shipping box. Failure to return requested defective
product will result in forfeiture of any credit. Please refer to our Return Policy
