Order Submission and Binding Agreement

• Offer and Acceptance: The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking "Place Order" or otherwise completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods under these terms.
• Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your submission, Aspire Poly Furniture will issue an automated Order Confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your request and confirms that your order has entered our production queue. It does not guarantee immediate shipment or waive our right to cancel an order due to pricing errors or material shortages.
• Payment Terms: Full payment—including product costs, applicable sales taxes, and freight/shipping fees—is processed and captured immediately at the time the order is placed. No production or material allocation will begin until payment is successfully cleared.

Standard Production Lead Times

• Estimated Timeline: All Aspire Poly Furniture products are built to order and subject to a standard manufacturing lead time of four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date of order confirmation.
• Definition of Lead Time: "Lead time" refers strictly to the period required for material sourcing, precision cutting, hand assembly, quality assurance, and packaging at our facility. Lead time does not include transit or shipping time once the order is handed over to the freight or parcel carrier.
• Seasonal Variations: Please be advised that the 4-to-6-week timeline is an estimate based on standard operational capacity. Lead times may fluctuate or extend during peak seasonal demand, material supply disruptions, or holidays. Aspire Poly Furniture will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant production delays, but delays do not entitle the buyer to order cancellation, discounts, or refunds.

Absolute Prohibition on Modifications and Cancellations

• Immediate Production Queue: Because our poly furniture is built to order, materials are allocated and manufacturing sequences are scheduled immediately upon order confirmation.
• No Changes Allowed: Once an order is submitted, it is considered final. We cannot accommodate requests for structural modifications, color changes, size adjustments, or additions. Please review your digital cart and specifications thoroughly before finalizing payment.
• No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled, rescinded, or refunded after submission. In the highly exceptional event that Aspire Poly Furniture agrees in writing to cancel an order prior to production, the transaction will be subject to a non-negotiable 20% administrative and material restocking fee to cover processing and inventory allocation costs.

Shipping Notification and Logistics

• Carrier Hand-Off: Upon completion of production and rigorous quality inspection, your order will be palletized for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight or individually boxed for standard parcel service, depending on total volume.
• Tracking Dispatched: A shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number or Bill of Lading (BOL) number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately upon the shipment leaving our dock.
• Final Delivery Scheduling: For LTL freight shipments, the delivery carrier will contact you directly via the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a required delivery window. You are bound by the delivery guidelines established in our Shipping & Freight Policy.

Our polyethylene (HDPE) furniture is incredibly durable, never needing paint or stain. It resists rot,
splintering, and fading thanks to UV protection. To maintain your furniture:
• Wash down furniture twice a year using a gentle soap (Dawn Dish Soap).
• Avoid stains by not placing any items that may leach (Flower Pots) or have exposed metals
(could form rust spots).
• Avoid placing hot objects on the surface.
• Clean as needed with Amish Country Poly’s Xtreme Clean and Mildew Remover.
• Avoid Abrasive cleaners or any brushes that can cause changes in surface sheen and
scratching.
• Power washing can be done with a 40 degree spray fan, typically a white nozzle. Keep 20”
away to prevent damage.

Cushions and Pillows
We recommend the Sunbrella Multi-purpose cleaner to keep your cushions and pillows looking
like new. All of our fabric products are designed to be machine washable. See care instructions per
manufacturer.

Stainless Steel Hardware
Our stainless steel fasteners are corrosion-resistant. Rinse them with fresh water in coastal areas for
longevity. Proper care ensures your Amish Country Poly furniture remains comfortable and beautiful
for years!
